Psychedelics open the door. But it’s the work you do after that determines whether you truly step through it.
Sadaya means "compassionate" in Sanskrit—a reflection of the deep care and understanding we offer to those facing life’s heaviest burdens.
If you are struggling to integrate a previous psychedelic experience or struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, or other mental health barriers, know that you are not alone.
Here, you will find a sanctuary where healing begins with kindness, where your pain is acknowledged, and where your journey forward is met with unwavering support.
At Sadaya, we embrace you with open arms, guiding you toward peace, renewal, and the strength to move forward—one compassionate step at a time.
We partner with the top healthcare practitioners to provide you with exceptional care at every step.
Not every person is the same. We are your partner to curate a healing experience to fit for your independent circumstances.
We are made to live in community. At Sadaya, you embark on healing with others - never alone.
Your journey begins by speaking with one of our integration coaches. We are here from our first call to be helpful for you to navigate whatever you are going through.
We offer 15, 30, and 45 days stays. This is dependent on where you are on your healing journey, what you are looking to work on, and how you do in your coaching sessions.
No one person is the same. We work with over 100 different health care practitioners. Our coaches have individually experienced each and every one. During your stay, we will help navigate your journey and design your Sanctuary.
From the moment that you book your stay - the work begins. You will work 1:1 with your coach even before you arrive so that you get the most out of your stay and prepare for the journey ahead.
Sadaya Sanctuary is a place that I felt deeply held throughout my healing journey. I was on the verge of divorce, hated my self, and was stuck in a rut but couldn't find a way out. The team helped me navigate these feelings, beliefs, and find a path within myself to transform. My stay was something I would never forget and will be forever grateful for.
